After many years of a divorce litigation practice, I decided to devote myself to working with parties on achieving sensible, reasonable solutions to their marital disputes.  I have seen the harsh side of matrimonial litigation.  Frankly, litigation should always be a last resort.  I have litigated before every Family Law Judge in New York City and the outer boroughs and counties.  Based on my long experience I can advise clients how the Judges will deal with every conceivable issue that might arise from wishing to relocate to another jurisdiction to evaluating a mental health issue.  Because I have been through the wars, you do not need to be.
